Nebius Lappeenranta

Polarnode Lappeenranta is a large-scale data center project located in Pajarila, Lappeenranta, Finland. Spanning 33 hectares, the site is an unbuilt industrial area with a legally valid master plan, ensuring a fast route to market. The facility will have up to 350MW of available grid capacity, with a maximum time to power of two years, making it an ideal location for high-density computing and AI-driven workloads.

The project benefits from world-class connectivity, water and sewerage access, and waste heat utilization, reinforcing its sustainability focus. Lappeenranta’s central location in Eastern Finland ensures seamless accessibility via the local airport, main train station, and highway network. Additionally, the site offers low-carbon energy solutions, aligning with Finland’s commitment to green infrastructure.
