Princeton Digital NJ1 - DC4

Princeton Digital NJ1 - DC4 is located in the Nanjing Jiangning Hi-Tech Development Zone, China. This facility is part of the larger Princeton Digital NJ1 Campus, which spans a total land area of 35,000m². The campus is strategically positioned to serve the Jiangsu region and cater to large technology companies, enterprises, and AI firms. It features four IDC buildings, each with four floors, a 110KV substation, and a guardhouse/control room. The design PUE for the campus is ≤ 1.4. Nanjing, as a key regional city in the Yangtze River Delta economic core and an important transportation hub, hosts significant economic developments and major enterprises. The project milestones include project approval in November 2018, completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment in September 2019, and Energy Saving Approval in November 2019. Initial construction began in Q1 2021, with Phase I civil construction completion in Q3 2021 and Phase I Ready For Service (RFS) in Q1 2022.
