Princeton Digital NJ1 - DC1

Princeton Digital NJ1 - DC1 is situated in the Nanjing Jiangning National Hi-Tech Industrial Park, a strategic location within the Yangtze River Delta economic core. This campus spans a total land area of 35,955 m² and features a gross floor area of 60,134 m². Designed with a PUE of ≤ 1.4, the facility comprises four four-story IDC buildings, a 110KV substation, and a guardhouse/control room.

Nanjing, as the capital of Jiangsu Province, is a significant hub for politics, economy, education, and culture, as well as a key transportation and communications center. The city's economic development has attracted major enterprises, making it an ideal location for data infrastructure supporting large technology and AI companies in the region. The project received key approvals, including Project Approval in November 2018, Environmental Impact Assessment completion in September 2019, and Energy Saving Approval in November 2019. Initial construction began in Q1 2021, with Phase I civil construction completion in Q3 2021 and Phase I Ready For Service (RFS) in Q1 2022.
