Princeton Digital NJ1 - DC3 is a facility within the Princeton Digital NJ1 Campus, situated in the Nanjing Jiangning Hi-Tech Development Zone, China. This campus spans a total land area of 35,000m² and is strategically positioned to serve the Jiangsu region, a key economic hub in the Yangtze River Delta. The NJ1 campus features four IDC buildings, each with four floors, alongside a 110KV substation and a guardhouse/control room. Designed with a PUE of ≤ 1.4, the facility is equipped to support large technology companies and enterprises, including those in the AI sector. Nanjing's status as a major transportation and communications hub, and a level-one node city for the telecommunications backbone, further enhances its suitability for critical digital infrastructure. The project reached key milestones including project approval in November 2018, environmental impact assessment completion in September 2019, and energy saving approval in November 2019. Initial construction began in Q1 2021, with Phase I civil construction completion in Q3 2021 and Phase I Ready For Service (RFS) in Q1 2022.
