Princeton Digital NJ1 - DC2

Princeton Digital NJ1 - DC2 is situated in the Nanjing Jiangning Hi-Tech Development Zone, a key regional city in China's Yangtze River Delta economic core. This facility is part of the larger NJ1 Campus, which spans a total land area of 35,955 m² and includes four IDC buildings, a 110KV substation, and a control room. Designed with a PUE of ≤ 1.4, the campus aims to support large technology companies and enterprises, including AI firms, in the Jiangsu region. Nanjing's strategic location as a transportation and communications hub, and its status as a level-one node city for the telecommunications backbone, makes it an ideal location for such infrastructure. The project has seen key milestones including project approval in November 2018, environmental impact assessment completion in September 2019, and energy saving approval in November 2019. Initial construction began in Q1 2021, with Phase I civil construction completion in Q3 2021 and Phase I Ready For Service (RFS) in Q1 2022.
