"ITPark" Data Center of "Unitel" LLC

Commissioned in 2025, the "ITPark" Data Center (DC-ITPARK) serves as a vital disaster recovery and internal computing hub for "Unitel" LLC (Beeline Uzbekistan). Strategically situated on the 4th floor of a modern 22-story office building in Tashkent, this specialized, single-operator facility features a 49-square-meter server environment designed to house 12 high-density racks with a total IT electrical capacity of 84 kW (up to 7 kW per rack).

Engineered to meet Tier III reliability standards, DC-ITPARK guarantees uninterrupted 24/7 telecommunications operations through a resilient 2N modular UPS redundancy scheme and a dedicated diesel generator setup capable of sustaining 12 hours of autonomous backup power. The facility maintains optimal environmental conditions using a highly efficient precision Freon (DX) air cooling system equipped with cold aisle containment, targeting an impressive average PUE of 1.5.

Security and safety are paramount at DC-ITPARK. The perimeter is heavily fortified with 24/7 guarded checkpoints, while interior access is strictly regulated via facial recognition and biometric access controls. Furthermore, the facility is protected by comprehensive video surveillance, an aspirating early smoke detection system, and an advanced Novec 1230 automatic gas fire extinguishing system, ensuring maximum protection for the mission-critical systems that keep Beeline Uzbekistan's network running seamlessly.
