East Telecom has officially launched its flagship Data Center in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, marking a major milestone in Uzbekistan’s digital infrastructure. Developed in partnership with Korea Telecom, the facility spans four stories and 6,000 square meters, housing over 300 high-performance server racks.
Technically, the data center is built to Tier III standards, featuring redundant power and cooling systems, advanced fire suppression, and 24/7 monitoring. A dedicated substation ensures uninterrupted power supply, while low-latency connectivity links customers to major cloud providers and enterprise networks.
The center supports colocation services, allowing businesses to host their own equipment within East Telecom’s secure environment. It also offers managed IT services, including network and cybersecurity solutions, tailored for clients ranging from startups to large financial institutions.
This launch signals East Telecom’s shift toward digital transformation, with plans underway for a second data center near Tashkent and a broader regional expansion into Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
