Operating since 2020, the standalone Data Processing Center (MQIM) of "Regional Electrical Networks" JSC is strategically located at 6 Amir Temur Avenue in Tashkent. Its primary mission is to host the AMI "CAS" information system, continuously receiving and processing critical telemetry data from smart electrical meters installed throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Housed within an adapted three-story building spanning 742.14 square meters, the dedicated server area occupies 245.39 square meters and features professional raised flooring (falshpol). The current infrastructure houses 20 server racks with a designed capacity of 4.32 kW per rack, supported by a robust total power capacity of 259.2 kW. To guarantee uninterrupted national grid monitoring, the facility is heavily fortified with redundant electrical networks, continuous UPS systems, dedicated backup power supplies, and specialized thermohydrostat cooling systems.

The facility meets strict national standards, holding a positive compliance certification from the "Cybersecurity Center" under the State Security Service of Uzbekistan. Infrastructure protection is ensured by an automated fire extinguishing system, a secure walled perimeter with extensive video surveillance, and a 24/7 physical security detail provided by the National Guard. Additionally, the building includes dedicated workspace facilities for the operational staff managing the data center's continuous workflow.
