NorthC Rotterdam Zestienhoven 1, part of the Zestienhoven campus, is a Tier 3 certified data center located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Situated in the Zestienhoven business park near Rotterdam The Hague Airport and with direct access to major highways (A13, A20), it provides excellent connectivity within the Randstad region.

The facility boasts a total surface area of 10,800 m2 and offers 1.3 MW of installed electrical capacity, built to Tier 3 standards. It features N+1 UPS and cooling redundancy, with specific generator redundancy configurations for Zestienhoven 1 (2N) and Zestienhoven 2 (N+1). Climate control utilizes direct cooling and chilled water systems with redundant cooling.

Security is multi-layered, including a fenced perimeter, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, on-site security personnel, and multi-factor authentication (access pass + biometrics). Additional facilities include secured assembly, storage, cargo areas, flex workspaces, offices, reception, and meeting rooms. Services offered are 24/7 Remote Hands, logistical support, and digital service requests via a Self Service Portal.
