The NorthC Rotterdam Zestienhoven Campus comprises two data centers, RTM 01 and RTM 02, situated in the Zestienhoven business park, adjacent to Rotterdam The Hague Airport. This location provides excellent accessibility via the A13 and A20 motorways, serving the Randstad region. The campus boasts a total surface area of 10,800 m2, with an installed electrical capacity of 7.3 MW. Both facilities are built to Tier 3 standards, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Key specifications include a total data floor surface area of 4,800 m2, with floor load capacities of 1,000 kg/m2 for RTM 01 and 2,000 kg/m2 for RTM 02. Power is supplied via 2 x 20 kV (N+1) utility grid connections, with UPS redundancy at N+1 and generator redundancy of 2N for RTM 01 and N+1 for RTM 02. Climate control systems include direct cooling with redundant systems for RTM 01 and chilled water with redundant free cooling for RTM 02, both with N+1 cooling redundancy.
Security is multi-layered, featuring a fenced perimeter, 24/7 on-site security personnel, CCTV surveillance, and multi-factor authentication (access pass + biometrics). Additional facilities include secured assembly, storage, cargo areas, flex workplaces, office, reception, and meeting rooms. Services offered are 24/7 Remote Hands, logistical support, digital service requests via a Self Service Portal, and monitoring via CIMS.
