The VTX1 Laredo Data Center, operated by VTX Communications, LLC, is a vital cable landing station and interconnection hub situated at the US-Mexico border in Laredo, Texas. Located at 520 Matamoros Street, it serves as a key carrier-neutral point of presence (POP) facilitating cross-border fiber traffic, including connections to Nuevo Laredo and Monterrey, Mexico.

The facility boasts a total power capacity of up to 5 MW, with both AC and DC power options supported by protected network redundancy. Climate-controlled environments are maintained through air-cooled and water-cooled systems, ensuring optimal thermal regulation for dense equipment. Colocation options range from individual racks to custom caged spaces.

VTX1 Laredo provides access to multiple regional, national, and international carriers, along with dark fiber providers. Services include dedicated transport, metro fiber, Ethernet, long-haul transport, and last-mile connectivity.
