Cormint Bobcat, Cormint's second data center site, is located in Jim Wells County, Texas, near Orange Grove. This facility is strategically positioned to provide immediate access to secured power on a vetted site. Key highlights include a 58 MW interconnection agreement, scheduled to energize in August 2026. The site features diverse, meshed 138 kV transmission feeds and an 187.5 MVA / 138 kV substation currently under construction, with an estimated completion in November 2026. Fiber connectivity is available with existing fiber less than one mile away, and dark-fiber routes to San Antonio and Dallas are accessible. Major surveys and site test fits have been completed during the pre-construction phase. The site's insurability has been verified, aligning with institutional capital deployment standards.
