Blueprint Taylor DC

Taylor DC is a 52-acre data center campus planned by Blueprint Data Centers in Taylor, Texas, located about 35 miles from Austin and near Samsung’s $44 billion chip plant. The site will feature a 135,000-square-foot facility delivered in three construction phases, with a power agreement for 30 MW already secured and total capacity expected to reach 60 MW.

The project is designed to support AI workloads, cloud infrastructure, and high-density computing, with scalable colocation options and closed-loop water systems to reduce environmental impact. Blueprint also plans to fund an on-site substation and use landscaping buffers and barrier walls to mitigate noise, reflecting efforts to address community concerns.

Taylor DC has received city council approval and local incentives, including a 50 percent tax rebate for investments above $225 million. With letters of intent secured for full tenant capacity, the project is set to become a key player in Central Texas’s growing tech ecosystem and a milestone in Blueprint’s expansion strategy.
