Provident Data Centers is set to develop a new data center campus on a 400-acre site formerly known as the Pitt International Race Complex in Wampum, Pennsylvania. Located in Beaver County, approximately 40 miles north of Pittsburgh, the site offers proximity to a substation and power lines, crucial for data center operations.

The former BeaveRun Motorsports Complex, which opened in 2002 and hosted various racing events, was acquired by Provident Data Centers' parent company, Dallas-based real estate development firm Provident. The acquisition price for the 400-acre property was reported to be $50 million.

While Provident Data Centers has not made an official announcement, the company's listed address matches the property's acquisition details. This development signifies a significant transformation for the former motorsports venue into a modern data center facility.
