Valor Energy Youngstown

Valor Energy has entered into an agreement to acquire an 18MW operational computing center located at 1911 Logan Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio. The existing facility spans approximately 30,890 sq ft and benefits from an 18MW power capacity under a 23kV utility interconnection with Ohio Edison. Valor Energy intends to transform this site into an AI data center, a process that will involve further design, construction, equipment procurement, and permitting. This acquisition is a key component of Valor Energy's AI data center strategy, leveraging the site's existing power capacity to accelerate the development of AI computing resources. The facility is situated within an industrial complex previously occupied by Commercial Metal Forming and Parker Hannifin Corporation.
