TierPoint's Tulsa data center facility is located at 322 East Archer in the Brady district, just north of downtown Tulsa. The facility was built in 1928 as an ice manufacturing plant. Perimeter purchased the facility in 2004 and renovated it for data center consumption in 2005. The facility offers over 6,000 sf of raised floor data center collocations space, approximately 2,500 sf of telecommunication collocation space, and over 18,000 sf of business continuity office space. The total size of the facility is @ 37,000 sf. The structure of the facility is comprised of concrete and brick. The roof of the data center and telco space is a 13 inch reinforced concrete cap. I-44 is approximately 1/4 mile from the facility and the Tulsa International Airport is approximately 10 miles from the facility. Parking is available.

The facility is rated at a Tier 3 rating. The facility offers customers 150 watts per square foot for power and is supported by UPS and generated power systems. The facility offers over 200 tons of CRAC cooling.
