Our facility is equipped to meet your businesses needs.

Security

- We own the property the Datacenter resides on
- Security cameras record all activity outside and inside the facility 24 hours a day
- Customers must pass a series of checkpoints to gain access to equipment
- Customers must first enter a man trap, and authenticate to a guard
- From there visitors are escorted by Jackson Technical staff through a series of electronic locks that only staff can open

Environmental

- LG Multi V units are used to cool the data center
- Our design is fault tolerant and is N+1
- Our units are serviced on a semi annual basis
- Multiple redundant systems are used to monitor temperature, humidity, moisture, and air flow

Power

- Our facility is fed with 480V 3 phase power
- We step it down to 208V that is passed into bus bars that allow for flexible power options
- Equipment is protected using redundant UPS units
- This allows us to provide redundant AB power to our customers
- Dedicated, on-site diesel generator with automatic transfer switch for rapid cut over in the event of power loss
- Generator is exercised every single week for 30 minutes
- Scheduled maintenance is performed on the generator twice a year
- Generator tap on building exterior for portable generator hook-up in case of primary generator failure

Network

- Redundant fiber optic Internet backbone connections from Lumen, and Cox Communications
- Facility features dual path entry, and redundant fiber optic connections to service providers
- Cisco ASR 9010 service provider routers are used at the network edge, and Cisco Nexus 7009 routing switches at the core and distribution layer
- Multiple paths between distribution layer and core network, with OSPF and iBGP protocols for dynamic routing
- Links between routers are connected to each other using port channels, and to separate line cards to increase redundancy
- AT&T also has fiber to the facility
