OCOSA Data Center

OCOSA’s data center is located in the historic Kennedy Building at 321 S. Boston Avenue in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Originally established in 2003 and relocated from a home-based setup, the facility occupies approximately 1,000 square feet, formerly the building's management office, which was transformed into a secure and fully functional data center space.

This downtown hub provides colocation, web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and private networking services to businesses in the Kennedy and neighboring 320 Building. OCOSA constructed a fiber optic ring connecting both buildings, enabling high-speed Ethernet and private line services, including gigabit-level redundancy over its own fiber network.

As a locally owned and operated company, OCOSA Communication, LLC has gradually expanded its offerings to include MPLS VPNs, disaster recovery strategies, and plans for VoIP and IPTV services. With strong regional peering and Tier-1 and Tier-2 backbone connectivity, the OCOSA Kennedy Building facility remains a key infrastructure asset for Tulsa’s business and public service community.
