Our data center is one of a kind. It was constructed from the ground up, in 2004 with various additions maintained each year. If you are looking for a small collocation provider that can truly provide that "one call away" or "1-on-1 support" scenario choose OCOSA.
Multiple tons of cooling sustained either by our air-cooled, portable air and our chilled water HVAC units. We are able to maintain a consistent cooling temperature and level of redundancy because of our diverse configuration of our HVAC units.
Our facility receives two 3 Phase (208V) feeds from the main switch gear located in the building. We have multiple facility-wide UPS systems for redundancy that will protect customers from power surges, non-conditioned power, and transferring from normal power to generator power in the event of an extended power outage or dirty power situation. Should we ever need, we have access to a dedicated 150kW Diesel generator onsite. Taking a step further, for extended power outages we have multiple portable generators that we own at our disposal.
Our facility has IP-based cameras that are monitored and recorded 24/7. The data center entrance requirements are that all visitors to the data center be escorted and required to sign the log documentation. Some entrances require dual security which may be standard commercial key, electronic combination pad interfaced with a system, and or Biometric systems at all critical access points.
Cabinet / Cable Management:
Our facility has overhead Chatsworth ladder racking systems used to efficiently route our fiber, copper, and power to the customer. We use APC 42U cabinets with vented doors for the proper air flow. If requested you can have a cabinet with exhaust fans placed to further manage heat loads. Our cabinets were placed in design with the whole "hot aisle" "cold aisle" concept intact.
Our network is engineered to maintain 100% network availability and runs both IPv4/v6. We utilize Cisco 7200 VXR series routers and Extreme BlackDiamond series switches in our core network. We use multiple Cisco and Extreme layer 3 switches in our distribution and access layers. With multiple paths from our core and distribution layers we can provide the highest network availability possible.
Every critical network component has a redundant processor, redundant power supply, redundant software configuration and hot swappable line cards in the event we need to use our spares. We store spare parts on site and maintain a policy that keeps our spare pool at an acceptable level. If you are looking for native IPv6 connectivity we can provide directly to your rack. With IP resource direct allocations from ARIN we can change transit providers without you ever having to renumber your servers.

Maintaining our Point of Presence on the telecommunications side of the neutral carrier facility located at 322 E. Archer Tulsa, OK we are able to cross connect with over 10 major carriers reaching access points for CenturyLink, Windstream, AT&T, Verizon Business, Level 3, Cox, National Lambda Rail, Indian Nations Fiber Optics, One Net, BTC Broadband, MBO, tw telecom, Cogent, Sprint and EasyTEL.
This additional network resource allows our customers the opportunity to leverage purchasing, MPLS, Metro Ethernet and Ethernet over SONET connections completely on-network.
We can be your remote hands for a server or network device that needs attention. We have available all the trimmings you need to console to a server physically.
Through our long relationship with the landlord we are able to provide office space that is configurable to your specifications. Does not matter the length of time you will need the office space for or the whether it's one office or two we can assist you.

We have available a space that can be configured for a suit. If you are looking for private space and away from a collocation space it's the optimal choice. We have 500 to 1000 square feet available for custom configurations.
