Core Scientific Muskogee

Core Scientific has partnered with Port Muskogee to develop a cutting-edge 100 MW high-performance computing (HPC) data center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This facility will primarily support CoreWeave's NVIDIA GPUs, with 70 MW dedicated to critical IT loads and 30 MW allocated to ancillary systems for optimal GPU performance. The project is part of a larger 500 MW hosting contract between Core Scientific and CoreWeave, valued at $8.7 billion over 12 years.

Scheduled to become operational in 2026, the data center is expected to bring significant economic benefits to the Muskogee region. It represents a $4 billion capital investment and is projected to generate $182 million in local net benefits over its lifespan. Additionally, the facility will create 150 jobs with average salaries exceeding $65,000, while contributing over $12 million in property and sales tax revenue to local institutions.

This initiative underscores Muskogee's emergence as a hub for next-generation AI and technology. Core Scientific's commitment to the community and its collaboration with local leaders highlight the transformative potential of this project for both the region and the broader tech industry.
