Albion Data Center

Albion Data Center is a 130,000-square-foot facility located between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. Originally built in 1975 and renovated in 2013, the two-story building was previously used as a back office and call center for financial services companies. It sits on a 4.2-acre site and features 315 parking spaces, making it well-suited for enterprise operations.

The facility is equipped with 1MW of dual-feed utility power, offering N+1 or 2N redundancy for reliability. It includes CRAH units and a Trane Thermal chiller plant for cooling, ensuring efficient temperature management. Security measures include biometric access, mantraps, and 24/7 monitoring, while connectivity is carrier-neutral, with multiple fiber providers and dedicated meet-me rooms.
