This facility emphasizes sustainability with a design that eliminates the need for diesel backup generators, relying instead on a zero-emissions utility interconnection or a minimal number of non-diesel units. The campus is designed to minimize water consumption, using only what a small office building would for domestic purposes, and eliminates routine daily water use for IT cooling through a closed-loop system. Additionally, the design is optimized to reduce noise and light pollution. The project is powered by reliable high voltage utility services, with backup generation provided by a redundant utility connection or propane-supported units. This approach significantly reduces potential emissions, showcasing a commitment to low-impact, high-efficiency infrastructure. The development is expected to create over a thousand construction jobs and more than 120 long-term, high-tech operational roles, serving large enterprise customers.
