We offer Wholesale , Buit-to-Suite and Retail Colocation space and have up-to 8MW of Critical load (built-out) available for immediate occupancy. We can also provide turn-key deployments, facility migration, and a variety of network and connectivity services.

Located in McClellan Business Park this 3,000 acre site has approximately 8.5 million square feet of commercial and high technology space. We're located less than 15 minutes from SAC International Airport, and McClellan Business Park is home to 230+ companies including Northrup Grumman, URS, General Dynamics, and Orbital Sciences.

Services in the park include Multiple diesel refueling stations as well as police and fire department services are onsite. McClellan Business Park also offers a full compliment of amenities including hotels, restaurants, and fitness center.
