NorthC Groningen Campus consists of two data center facilities located at Liverpoolweg 10 in Westpoort business park, Groningen, Netherlands. The campus encompasses 5,300 square meters of total surface area with 2,500 square meters of data floor space, built according to Tier 3 standards with a floor load capacity of 1,500 kg per square meter.

The site provides an installed electrical capacity of 2.7 MW, backed by N+1 utility connections, N+1 UPS redundancy, and dedicated generator configurations including hydrogen fuel cell and diesel systems. Cooling systems feature N+1 redundancy utilizing direct Low Speed Ventilation and chilled water infrastructure.

Connectivity is carrier and cloud-neutral, featuring redundant A and B meet-me rooms and private Cloud Connect options. Physical safety is maintained through 24/7 security personnel, fencing, CCTV surveillance, and multi-factor biometric access control.
