Sien Real Piaseczno-Józefosław

Sien Real Campus is a planned data center development located in Piaseczno, Poland, on the outskirts of Warsaw. The project, developed by Sien Real, a joint venture between Budimex and Ferrovial, will comprise four buildings situated on a 45,305 sqm plot. Construction is slated to commence in 2027. The facility is expected to have a total generator capacity of approximately 118MW, with plans including four diesel tanks and 49 power generators. Budimex has stated that the data center will incorporate features to minimize water consumption, noise, and dust emissions, with technical installations meeting high standards for modern data centers. Water needs will be supplied by the local network, supplemented by a 1,102.33 sqm retention reservoir for rainwater and meltwater. The project has faced local protests due to concerns about potential water shortages.
