DPS Bukit Rambai

DPS Resources Berhad is developing the DPS Bukit Rambai data center, located in Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, Melaka, Malaysia. The project, managed by its subsidiary Shantawood Sdn. Bhd., is planned to have an initial capacity of 89MW, with the first 20MW scheduled for operation in 2027 and the remaining 69MW to be deployed in phases by 2030. The site holds potential for expansion to 400MW. DPS Resources Berhad has entered into Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with BBSB, a Malaysian design and construction firm, and Hangyue Intelligent Electrical Co., Ltd., a digital energy infrastructure provider. These partnerships aim to facilitate the planning, development, and utilization of the data center, including attracting potential users and tenants, and supporting the colocation of Chinese enterprises. DPS Resources Berhad, founded in 2003, has transitioned from furniture manufacturing to real estate development and is leveraging its land assets and infrastructure capabilities for digital infrastructure projects.
