Digital Realty's NRT Campus, located in Inzai City, Tokyo, is a significant data center development with plans for multiple buildings and a total IT power capacity exceeding 120MW. The campus is designed as a 'Connected Campus,' where data centers are interconnected, allowing clients to utilize space across different facilities seamlessly.
NRT10, the first building, opened in September 2021, offering 37,850 sqm, 38MW of server power capacity, and approximately 4,800 racks. It features a 5-story, seismic isolation structure and provides high-density racks with 9kW/rack, supporting various configurations.
NRT12, the second building, opened in March 2024, with 27,571 sqm, 34MW of server power capacity, and around 4,000 racks. It is a 6-story, seismic isolation structure.
NRT14 offers 22,867 sqm and 25MW of server power capacity in a 6-story, seismic isolation building. Notably, it is one of the few data centers in Japan certified for NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 liquid cooling, equipped with a high-density power infrastructure to support next-generation AI infrastructure.
The campus continues its active expansion, with the development of the NRT11 facility currently underway to provide additional power and space capacity.
