Digital Realty opened the NRT10 data center in September 2021 as its first facility in the Greater Tokyo region. Located at 2-9 Otsuka in Inzai City, the five-story, base-isolated facility spans 37,850 square meters of gross floor area and provides 38MW of IT power capacity.
Designed for high-density deployments, NRT10 supports an average power delivery of 9kW per rack across approximately 4,800 racks. The facility offers flexible spatial options, including half-racks, quarter-racks, secure cages, and dedicated private suite configurations.
