Adriatic DC plans to transform Bari’s historic Manifattura Tabacchi industrial zone into a 200MW hyperscale data center. This redevelopment marks a central component of the Puglia Data Center Valley initiative, aimed at anchoring southern Italy as a strategic location for high-performance digital infrastructure. The site, idle since the 1980s, will be repurposed to accommodate AI, cloud, and cybersecurity workloads with modern energy and connectivity standards.
