Echelon DUB12

Echelon DUB12 is a state-of-the-art data center facility located in Clondalkin, Dublin, Ireland, as part of the 100 MW DUB10 campus. This completed campus features three 2-story buildings, each spanning 20,000m² (215,000 ft²), designed to accommodate 4no. 7.5MW data halls per building. The facility boasts 90MW of critical IT load, supported by a 50 MVA grid substation with diverse feeds and 120MW of on-site gas-fired CCGT generation for power and grid services. Connectivity is robust, with access to all dark fibre and managed service carriers in the Dublin market, multiple Meet-Me-Rooms, a campus network for diverse paths, and four points-of-entry. Security measures include anti-ram fencing, multi-factor biometrics, thermal CCTV, 24/7 on-site personnel, and intake/rejection loops. The buildings also incorporate Class A office space, loading bays, and ample parking with EV charging.
