Echelon DUB11 is part of the Echelon DUB10 Campus, a 35-acre development in Clondalkin, Dublin, Ireland, located near major data center hubs. The campus offers a total of 100 MW of IT load, supported by a dedicated 110 kV grid substation with diverse 50 MVA feeds and 120 MW of on-site gas-fired CCGT generation. The DUB11 facility itself is a 2-story building spanning 20,000m², designed with 4 data halls, each providing 7.5 MW of capacity. It boasts a floor-to-ceiling height of 6.7m and an average density of 3.5kW/m². Connectivity is robust, with access to all dark fibre and managed service carriers in the Dublin market, multiple Meet-Me-Rooms, a campus network for diverse paths, and four points-of-entry. Security measures include anti-ram fencing, multi-factor biometric access, thermal CCTV, 24/7 on-site security, and intake/rejection loops.
