OpCore's DC5 site provides an end-to-end dedicated data center experience tailored for international hyperscalers requiring industrial-scale facilities. Composed of 12 private and fully independent IT vaults, DC5 leverages OpCore's award-winning hexa-core design to offer unparalleled reliability and scalability. With a total surface area of 17,000 square meters, this facility is engineered to accommodate high-density and Open Compute Project (OCP) ready deployments, offering private suites ranging from 1MW up to 16.2MW.
DC5 boasts a highly efficient Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.15 at 70% load and is 100% powered by renewable energy. Its robust power infrastructure includes 26 N+1 catcher or hexa-core UPS configurations, prime-rated low-voltage diesel engine generators with N+1 redundancy via catcher, and dual-feed or single-feed UPS power distribution. The cooling system employs a high-efficiency design with direct free cooling and sustainable cold coil technology, featuring N+2 redundancy on fan walls per dedicated plant.
