Azur Datacenter, a subsidiary of Arago Technologie group, is set to acquire the HRS headquarters in Champagnier, France, near Grenoble, for development into a new data center. The planned investment is close to €360 million, covering a 14,100 sqm site and aiming to create approximately 100 local jobs.
The acquisition includes a lease-back provision, allowing HRS to continue its manufacturing operations on-site. The transaction is expected to finalize by the end of 2026, pending necessary permits and approvals.
