When searching for colocation data centers in France, the following French terms might be good to know. A data center is called centre de données and multiple data centers are called centres de données, and apart from that they might also be refered to as datacentrers. With regards to services, dedicated server is called serveur dédié, a virtual server is called serveaur serveur virtuel (and often just refered to as VPS, Virtual Private Server), managed server is often called serveur infogéré, IP transit is sometimes reversed and called transit IP and last but not least colocation is sometimes referred to as hébergeurs serveurs. Cloud servers do not have a specific French word and are generally sold under the same terms as in English.
