LayerCloud

LayerCloud is the enterprise virtual data center (VDC/IaaS) service of Layer Sistem (Layer Sistem Ticaret Ltd. Şti.), founded in 2014 in Istanbul. It runs on VMware virtualization over all-flash storage, inside the TI Sparkle Tier III data center in Istanbul, connected through Layer Sistem's own Autonomous System (AS59886) with independent BGP routing and a carrier-grade, fully redundant network — giving end-to-end control from the servers to the internet uplink. Customers get dedicated or shared resource pools with direct console access, while Layer Sistem's engineers operate the hardware and network layer. All data stays within Turkey, supporting KVKK compliance and 5651 log-retention requirements. Backup and disaster recovery run through Veeam Cloud Connect as an official Veeam Cloud Service Provider. No call center or ticket queue: clients speak directly with the engineers who build and operate their systems.
