Layer Sistem

Layer Sistem (Layer Sistem Ticaret Ltd. Şti.), founded in 2014 and based in Istanbul, is a Turkish enterprise cloud and managed-infrastructure provider that operates its own network backbone. We run our cloud platform inside the TI Sparkle (Tier III) data center in Istanbul, over our own Autonomous System (AS59886) with independent BGP routing and carrier-grade, fully redundant infrastructure — from the servers up to the internet uplink. Core services: enterprise cloud servers and virtual data center (LayerCloud), all-flash storage, Veeam-based cloud backup and disaster recovery as an official Veeam Cloud Service Provider, 5651-compliant log retention (LayerLOG), guest Wi-Fi management (LayerWIFI), and managed networking. All data stays within Turkey, supporting KVKK compliance. There is no call center or ticket queue: clients speak directly with the engineers who build and operate their systems.
