The facility is located in Qingpu Industrial Park, Qingpu District, Shanghai, with independent land property rights, complete legal construction and operation qualifications, and a total planned capacity of 3000 racks. Designed with a standard modular architecture for phased construction and flexible expansion, the data center is built to meet high-reliability operation requirements, with full redundant infrastructure, customizable cabinet configurations, and full-lifecycle data center services for enterprise customers.

- High/Low Voltage system: High and low voltage bus coupler, supports self-switching
- Diesel Generators: N+1 redundant configuration. Full loaded diesel generator can operate for 72 Hours (12 hour on-site diesel storage + 60 hour diesel supply agreement)
- UPS system: 2N redundant UPS configuration, meets the single-side full load for 15min, full system for 30min
- Dual Loop UPS Mains/UPS/HVDC configuration to eliminate single points of failure
