UCloud Qingpu Data Center is a self-built, self-operated data center fully owned by UCloud Technology Co., Ltd. The facility is located in Qingpu Industrial Park, Qingpu District, Shanghai, with independent land property rights, complete legal construction and operation qualifications, and a total planned capacity of 3000 racks. Designed with a standard modular architecture for phased construction and flexible expansion, the data center is built to meet high-reliability operation requirements, with full redundant infrastructure, customizable cabinet configurations, and full-lifecycle data center services for enterprise customers.

- Single DC building configuration: Dual Loop 10MW power capacity, 1000+ racks supported per single DC building
- Delivery schedule: DC Building A/E have been delivered with 2200 racks; DC Building D will be delivered in 2026 with 1100 racks

Power System Configuration
- Mains power: Dual-circuit 110kV municipal power supply, upstream power comes from two different 220kV substations, incoming through completely separate routing
- Self-built 110kV substation inside the campus, with ring routing settings, A/B routes are completely separated
- Each data center building is configured with dual-loop 10kV routing, adjustable according to customer needs
- High/Low Voltage system: High and low voltage bus coupler, supports self-switching
- Diesel Generators: N+1 redundant configuration. Full loaded diesel generator can operate for 72 Hours (12 hour on-site diesel storage + 60 hour diesel supply agreement)
- UPS system: 2N redundant UPS configuration, meets the single-side full load for 15min, full system for 30min
- Dual Loop UPS Mains/UPS/HVDC configuration to eliminate single points of failure

Cooling System Configuration
- N+1 cooler redundancy, with 20min cold storage capacity
- Terminal Air Conditioning: N+X configuration, N includes 20% redundancy
- Optional energy-saving systems: Water Cooling system, Indirect Evaporation cooling system
- Dual ring network pipeline design for high reliability
- UPS power supply guarantees cooling pump and terminal air con full-load operation for 15min

Rack & Power Density Options
- Standard cabinets: 8–24kW, with average power 12kW, network cabinet up to 15kW; pre-configured options include 6.6kW/8.8kW/12kW, acceptable deep customization
- Customized high-power cabinets available on demand
- Liquid cooling cabinets: 30–130kW, for high-density workloads
- Rack form factor: supports 54U standard racks, average design power 6kW (customizable on demand 4.4~10kW)

- Three directions of optical fiber incoming into the campus, with completely separate routing and 3 dedicated entry wells

- Every DC building has dual-loop and completely separate route of incoming fiber
- Dual access room/building entry for data room wiring, double route to the data room, separate routes for each data room
- Weak current system: dual physical routing, server redundant and hot standby configuration
