Princeton Digital LF1 - DC3

Princeton Digital LF1 - DC3 is situated within the Langfang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Langfang, China, providing strategic access to the central Beijing region. This facility is part of a larger campus that includes DC1 and DC2, contributing to a total campus floor area exceeding 90,000 m². The LF1 site, where DC3 is located, is fully constructed and designed to support hyperscale, large enterprise, and AI companies. It offers a significant IT load capacity of 66 MW. DC3 itself features B1+4 floors with a height of 24 meters and a gross floor area of 27,499 m². The facility boasts a design PUE of ≤ 1.4 and achieved Ready For Service (RFS) in Q3 2022, with power approvals already secured. The campus land area spans 51,564 m².
