Princeton Digital LF1 - DC1

Princeton Digital LF1 - DC1 is a hyperscale data center located in the Langfang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, China. It is part of a larger campus that includes DC2 and DC3, with the LF1 site fully constructed. This facility offers a capacity of 66 MW and is designed to serve hyperscale, large enterprise, and AI companies. The LF1 site alone comprises 3 buildings with a total floor area of over 90,000 m². Specifically, DC1 has a height of 24 meters and a floor area of 1,400 m² (B1) plus 28,626 m². The campus boasts a land area of 51,564 m² and a gross floor area of 92,261 m², with a design PUE of ≤ 1.4. Power approvals are secured, and the Ready For Service (RFS) date was Q3 2022. Its strategic location provides seamless connectivity to the central Beijing region.
