Princeton Digital LF1 - DC2

Princeton Digital LF1 - DC2 is located in the Langfang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, China, offering seamless connectivity to the central Beijing region. This facility is part of a larger campus that includes DC1 and DC3, with a total floor area exceeding 90,000 m². The LF1 site is fully constructed and provides a capacity of 66 MW, designed to serve hyperscale, large enterprise, and AI companies. The campus boasts a land area of 51,564 m² and a gross floor area of 92,261 m². DC2 itself features B1+4 floors with a height of 24 meters and an overall floor area of 1,400 m² (B1) plus 28,626 m². The facility achieved Ready For Service (RFS) in Q3 2022 and has secured power approvals. The design PUE is ≤ 1.4.
