China Unicom Hohhot Yun - DC6

The China Unicom Hohhot Cloud Data Center Campus, operated by China Unicom, is a significant data center development located in Xincheng District, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. The expansive campus is planned across approximately 410 mu (273,333 m²) and is designed to house eight data center buildings, designated DC1 through DC8, with an ambitious total planned capacity of 30,000 racks.

This large-scale project is being implemented in multiple phases. The later phases, including DC6, DC7, and DC8, will contribute approximately 150,000 m² of built-up area and an additional 15,000 racks. These racks are engineered to support a power density of 10 kW per rack. The development includes dedicated power supply facilities and essential supporting operational infrastructure. This initiative is a key component of China Unicom's strategic investment in large-scale computing infrastructure, aligning with China's national "East Data, West Computing" strategy.
