The China Unicom Hohhot Yun - DC2 is a significant component of the China Unicom Hohhot Cloud Data Center Campus, located in Xincheng District, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. This expansive campus is planned across approximately 410 mu (273,333 m²) and is designed to house eight data center buildings (DC1-DC8), with a total projected capacity of 30,000 racks. The development is being implemented in stages. The later phases, specifically DC6, DC7, and DC8, will contribute an additional 150,000 m² of built-up area and 15,000 racks, each rated for 10 kW. This project aligns with China Unicom's strategic investment in large-scale computing infrastructure, supporting the national 'East Data, West Computing' initiative. The campus includes dedicated power supply and essential operational infrastructure.
