It spans three levels, each 1050 m², with a total data center building size of 1,040 m² on a 12,880 m² plot. The facility provides 340 bays across two clean rooms and operates 24/7 with a guaranteed 99.82% availability. It features robust infrastructure including two separate medium-voltage power supply sources from two transformer substations, two fully separate air conditioning units, and two fiber optic landing points. The network infrastructure is next-generation, incorporating IP Fabric for enhanced virtualization, scalability, and security. Security is comprehensive, with badge and biometric access control, video surveillance by 49 cameras, and an IG55 automatic gas fire detection and extinguishing system.
