MTN Douala is Cameroon's first and only Uptime Tier III Design Certified data center, located in Douala. This global certification by the Uptime Institute signifies adherence to the highest international standards for design, resilience, and uptime. The Tier III certification ensures that planned site infrastructure maintenance can be performed without disrupting critical IT systems, guaranteeing continuous availability.

The facility supports a total peak IT load of 320 kilowatts (kW), including a 300 kW IT load in the data hall and an additional 20 kW of critical ancillary load powered by the uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
