DATACOR Araçatuba

DATACOR Araçatuba is the headquarters data center of DATACOR, a Brazilian IT infrastructure provider operating its own facility in Araçatuba, in the interior of São Paulo state, since 2005.

The facility is part of a network with 4 points of presence: two in Araçatuba, one in Bauru and one at Equinix in São Paulo.

Colocation
Space per U, half rack or full rack. Customers keep their own equipment and can visit the facility with prior scheduling. When needed, on-site technicians handle remote hands tasks (reboots, cable or disk replacement) at no extra cost.

Cloud and data protection services
- Private cloud servers with dedicated resources (ERP hosting, including Protheus)
- Cloud backup and immutable backup against ransomware
- Disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS): replication every 5 minutes and failover in about 5 minutes on average, with RTO and RPO defined in contract

100% own cloud, data stored in Brazil, billing in Brazilian reais and support in Portuguese.
