The TAKODA Sumaré Campus, located in Sumaré, São Paulo, Brazil, is a significant data center development with a planned capacity of 96 MW. The campus spans 100,000 m² and will comprise three standalone buildings: SP03, SP04, and SP05. Phase 1, with an 18 MW capacity, is scheduled for RFS in Q1 2027. This facility is designed to support high-density computing, offering up to 150 kW per rack. Power infrastructure includes a dedicated transmission line and an on-site substation, also expected in Q1 2027. The data center is engineered for efficiency, with a design PUE ranging from 1.30 to 1.45.
