This significant project is planned to include a large, four-story KC1 building with a total capacity of 144MW across 34,000 sqm. The development is situated on an 88.4-hectare site and represents a potential investment of up to AU$1.8 billion (US$1.2bn). Sydney is a key data center hub in Australia and the APAC region, with other major players also developing in the Kemps Creek area. CDC, founded in 2007 and backed by Infratil, has an extensive portfolio of operational and developing data centers across Australia and New Zealand, with a substantial future development pipeline.
