This significant project is planned to include a large, four-story KC1 building with a total capacity of 144MW across 34,000 sqm. The development is situated on an 88.4-hectare site and represents a potential investment of up to AU$1.8 billion (US$1.2bn). CDC, founded in 2007 and backed by Infratil, has an extensive portfolio of operational and developing data centers across Australia and New Zealand, with a substantial future development pipeline.
