CDC Laverton LV2

CDC Laverton LV2 is a planned data center facility located in Laverton North, Melbourne, Australia. It is part of the larger CDC Laverton Data Center Campus, a significant development in Melbourne's southwest. The campus is designed to meet the increasing demand for secure and resilient digital infrastructure, with a planned total capacity of 400MW. This expansion will bolster CDC's presence in Victoria, adding to its existing Brooklyn campus and bringing the state's total capacity to over 780MW. The Laverton campus, including LV2, is expected to create thousands of local jobs and contribute approximately $2.7 billion to the Victorian economy during its construction. It is intended to serve critical sectors such as government, research, education, and technology, ensuring secure and reliable data access. Currently, LV1 is under construction, with LV2 being a planned addition to the campus.
