The 72MW campus comprises two purpose-built 36MW data centers in the high growth hyperscale corridor of Truganina in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Situated on 8.9 acres (3.6 hectares) of land, the campus offers 409,000 sq. ft. (38,000 sq.m.) of technical area and 52,613 sq. ft. (4,888 sq.m.) of additional office and storage space. The site hosts a dedicated onsite 66kV/11kV utility substation with total capacity of 135MW.
This 36MW North building features nine data halls across three floors with rapid deployment flexibility to suit specific customer technical, operational, and density requirements.
